Vegetarian Food Menu

Blue Plate Menu (1) : Salads

Chicken Salad

Tender chunks of boneless chicken breast with pecan
(optional), grapes,and celery mixed with a special
house dressing. Served on a crispy bed of lettuce.

Avocado Salad
Chunks of avocado,lettuce, green pepper, red pepper,
and chopped tomato.
Topped with a special dressing
made of lemon juice,balsamic vinegar, andvirgin olive oil.

Cucumber Salad
Sliced cucumber seasoned with a mixture of
fresh lemon juice,
sour cream,sugar,salt and dill.

Blue Plate Menu (2) : Sandwiches

Bacon & Chicken Sandwich
Delicious slices of lean cooked chicken breast,tomato,crispy bacon,
and pepper jack cheese between two slices of toasted wheat or
white bread topped with your choice of mayonnaise or salad dressing.

Turkey Sandwich
Lean deli turkey slices, tomato, lettuce, mayonnaise and
Colby cheese between your choice of wheat, rye or white bread.

Greek Salad Sandwich
Tomato, black olives,basil leaves,onions, cucumber,feta cheese,
and spinach; covered in a special dressing made of oil,lemon juice
and garlic. stuffed inside your choice of wheat pita style bread pockets.
