cooked and lightly seasoned to taste

Over Roasted Autumn Vegetables
A superb array of autumn colored vegetables,
seasoned with olive oil,
butter, garlic, chopped fresh
thyme, and
balsamic or red wine vinegar baked until
vegetables are tender and golden brown.
