Stir-fried Spicy Lemon Grass Vegetables
An assortment of vegetables
stir-fried with lemon-grass and seasonings.


Braised Fusion Mushrooms with Herbs
A variety of mushrooms, braised in
shaoxing wine, soy sauce, garlic and herbs.
With a sprinkle of chives and spring onions.


Crackling Rice-Paper Asparagus Rolls
Asparagus steamed with a tomato-herb
mixture
wrapped in rice paper pan fried
until they are
golden brown.

Stuffed Eggplant
Centers are stuffed with onion, garlic, and
seasonings, then coated with tomato sauce,

cheese, and a sprinkle of bread crumbs.

choice of steamed rice, brown rice or pasta)
