Tomatoes,avocado, onions, jalapeño
chilies, parsley, garlic with a twist of lemon


Easy Tortilla Appetizers
Shredded Colby cheese,cream cheese,sour
cream,onions,green chilies with a dash of garlic salt,
wrapped in flour tortillas and served with picante sauce.


Eight Layer Fiesta Dip
Made of lean ground beef with taco seasoning and refried
beans, layered with grated cheddar cheese,olives, chopped
tomatoes, avocado, sour cream, salsa and green onions
served with a side order of tortilla chips for dipping.


Quesedillas El Paso
Green chiles, Monterey Jack cheese, Green onions inside
two flour
tortillas, lightly toasted to a crispy brown
with a side of pico de gallo
.

Cream of Poblano Pepper Soup
Seasoned with poblano peppers, flour,black pepper,canola oil, cumin,
onions, chicken stock, chopped roasted chicken, salt, chili powder, butter,
and shredded Monterey jack cheese.
